James the head manager at precision tune in Sumter S.C. worked on my car putting in a belt a month ago.
I was charged $250 give or take. One month later the belt comes off again yet he told me the first time that my belt assembly was in good standing. When i brought my car back yesterday James the manager told me that the pulleys were bad two of them. I asked what can they do about it and james told me that i wasnt covered for any of the work.
If im not covered then why bring it to a professional shop. James then told me that the labor to fix this issue would be $326.06 dollars. I gave him 402 dollars to fix and warranty my car. When i got my receipt last night that i did not sign for, it said $242.05 when i clearly gave him $402 dollars on camera.
I even recorded our entire conversation.
I want to speak to someone with integrity. I would also like to be referred to another shop because this was not something i appreciated.
