Was charged 7.98 for shop supplies after already paying for the oil and the 5.00 for the filter because they said it was a canister filter. These charges should be verbalized before the customer agrees to have the service done.

right now pissed and before for years satisfied right now since my husband's not alive and I'm doing things myself it seem like they're messing with me cuz I'm a female
The car continues to cut off stalled out. Had to put back in the shop July 21. The car is worse. It was not doing this when I gave it to them they had my car since this is August 30.
They still have not figured out the problem. I want to receive a refund and take somewhere else and never go back to them again cause they do not know what theyre doing, I am very pissed off. This is ridiculous. They literally had my car all summer and they cannot figure out if they didnt know what they were doing.
They shouldve never charge me and try to fix what they thought was the problem.
I couldve took my car somewhere else over $1000 and I would like to , get a refund so please contact me back Mrs. Tyler

I was traveling through Panama City engine light on.Scan said fuel injector. Stopped at Precision Tune.
They told me fouled plugs and oil leak. Saw the plugs. Not fouled. I have them.
Never saw a oil leak. $ 850.00ess than 100 miles going home. Light returned. Same code.
I replaced the injector. Problem solved.
They never returned my phone calls. They scanned me

Hire people who in what they are doing Dont take on more jobs if you dont have the employees to handle the jobs Get a manager who knows what they are doing Poor customer service and good luck getting anything done

User's recommendation: Stay as far away from this place as you can You will NEVER receive a call back about you vehicle My vehicle has been there for 3 months and absolutely nothing has been done The excuse is short staffed however they have no problem taking on other jobs I was told my vehicle needed a new motor last month and my warranty company has yet to be contacted As of yesterday they had no clue what the problem was This place is a joke and a TOTAL waste of your time BEWARE

I really just needed to take the time to express my gratitude for my experience at Precision Tune, New Bern Ave., Raleigh, NC last weekend. I came to the store feeling down and truly out, but the service I received not only altered my day, but also my whole outlook on my situation.
I was given information and treatment that was incredibly beneficial to me. Two individuals took their time explaining to me what I should do and how I should handle everything in a manner that I completely understood. I will forever be grateful for their assistance.
I salute and give the highest accolades to Brandon, who was at the desk, and Wayne, the technician that he called in to talk to me and evaluate my car on May 11, 2024.
P.S. I didn't find another place to express my thankfulness, so please understand that I'm not an angry customer.

Let someone know if you can't fix their vehicle. It's not about the money, it's about integrity.
My light has still not been fixed. And when I asked the mechanic about it, he said he didn't check it. If you're fixing my light, you should have checked it to make sure it was working, period.
I asked them, could they fix it? And they said yes.
Bad service
Bad customer service blames you for the mistakes and doesn't want to correct the problem. Manager Jamie is the problem, no doubt. Please be careful.

Came in for an oil change at 2324 N Meridian Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73107. However they broke my drain plug and replaced with a temporary pan saver butterfly plug.
The manager told me that I need to replace an oil pan $663.90 for the next oil change. Will the precision tune going to pay for the oil pan $663.90 next time when I get the oil change since they broke the drain plug from the beginning?

Spent 600 still have same problem been there 2 times. Called there around 545pm on 911 4 times.The person said chens Chinese food.no thats not true got the this call is be monitored for quality purposes.

A week & a half later still no call from Customer Service
My daughter took my car from Brakes. 1st it took 2hrs longer than promised All Day.
Car Immediately Squeeked she took it back 2 days later. They took All day to apply a Grease. She picked up Still Squeaking. Called & took back 2 days later.
They kept the car 5 days waiting on ordered Brakes Keep in mind my daughter has to get rides back & forth to work. Then be Without a car when they Promise to have her Fixed & Dont.
Got it back same Squeak. I called Customer Service & left 3 Message. 4 days later I get a call from Jessica the Manager at the Location that Cant get me Right.
No Mame have The Real Customer Service call me. They Still Havent Called & its over a week
What Auto Repair Cant do Brakes Right?
Just go to The Dealer & Dont waste your time or Money here.

I have been trying to speak with someone who would rectify my motor blowing after I had work done from the precision tune in forest park.
My car was not over heating before I had service done at the precision tune in forest park.My numerous emails and phone calls and I still paid to get a new motor.I talk one person over a year dealing with this headache and then he never got back in contact with me .He just told me what I wanting hear to get me off the phone!

I went in on November 14,2022 and got an oil change on my 2020 Nissan Altima and noticed later that day that oil was on my driveway, raised my hood and low and behold my oil cap was left off my car. Oil was everywhere under my hood mid you I had to travel 4hrs away the next day and was unable to do so due to the fear of not knowing if any of my major parts were affected due to oil being on all parts under my hood.This was the 2nd time I have had a issue with this company the first time after an old change my flap underneath my car was not attached back properly and was dragging the ground.
They did repair the issues the best they could and provided a free oil change for my next visit it's mostly the inconvenience of making extra trips back and forth to the shop to repair issues.
I am still not knowing if this will cause issues to my car in the future Mind you my car is fairly new I have less than 35k miles on my car! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER even though I have a free oil change I will not be going back due to consistent issues.

Verified Reviewer | Rocky Mount, North CarolinaI have tried numerous of times to contact customer support with no response in 4 months since shady repair on my vehicle was done.
I brought my 2006 E350 Mercedes Benz to be tuned up oil change and have camshaft sensors with magnets replaced as well as the oil filter cooling housing gasket to be replaced. I drove the car home and it seem to be riding ok but still with hesitation in changing into second gear where the camshaft sensor and magnet being installed correctly would have eliminated this problem.
So I returned the car the next day to be relooked over and was told all was in order and the car should be fine.. I was scheduled to work out of town. Leaving my car with my granddaughter to drive back to college. 2 days later my granddaughter called and said the car was smoking and the car was driving really bad so I told her to park the car and come drive another one of my vehicles.
When I returned a month and a half later I raised the hood and saw all of the oil all over the engine I called Precision Tune on 1200 North Wesleyan Blvd. Rocky Mount North Carolina and told them my car was leaking oil from the camshaft sensors and the oil filter housing. The mechanic as well as the manager had both left and was no longer working for or at that facility. Reasons unknown.
The new manager stated he would look at the problem but had no way of assuring repair because the tickets were removed by the previous manager as well as the money. My problem is the manager and mechanic are not reachable to resolve these issues.
Though my car was serviced at the Precision Tune and still is liable for the repairs to my car. The manager and mechanic were both in uniform as representatives of the company.
