Mice dropping in the coffee area where coffee filter is stored
I came in at 1030am on 10/5/19 and as I waited to get some sevices completed, I had a cup of coffee. Around 1pm, I used the mens bathroom which was located prior to the coffee station on the right.
When I came out of the bathroom, I wanted more coffee but there were no cups on the counter as seen on my picture. I opened the drawer on the left and I was shocked to see lots of mice droppings all over the coffee filter. I was shocked that I drank from that coffee pot earlier. I took some pictures and quietly asked the lady on the register who the manager was and she said she is the manager.
I brought her over and showed her the mice dropping all over the coffee filter. I was definitely shocked that a person who oversees and runs a store simply turned off the pot and closed the drawer up. Her response waz "oh yeah, mice droppings.
" I was thinking she will quickly discard those contaminated filters and disinfectant the area but instead, she went back to the register and smoking. 6 to 7 days a week your store makes coffee and no one at Precision Auto Tune bothered or cared for customers enough to clean such health hazard.

$60 oil change fiasco
I bought a Groupon coupon for my daughter for a Synthetic oil change for her new to her 2016 Honda Civic.
Oil change completed, I went on my way but after driving 5 miles toward home, heard sound from under car that sounded like dragging a tree limb. Could not see anything so called Precision.
Counterman, JR, said stay where you are,I'll be right there. He came in 10 minutes, but was unable to reattach the heat shield, which eas not afixed correctly after the oil change. . I was asked to come the next day but had to wait until after work. The counterman, Justin, told me JR had come in that am, and waited an hoyr for me.
I was unable to come in the morning, but had I been called would have come right over. Justim ssid he had no one there to reattach the heat shield and to vime back tomorrow. Sonce I was driving my daughter's car, I did not want to come back another day. After much 'discussion, I waited 45 minutes until I was told the car was done.
Now 3 weeks later, the heat shield became loose and is dragging the road again. This is UNACCEPTABLE! This vehicle has 40K miles on ir and has several oil changes. Why is this one becoming so dramatic?
The hest shield is bent and damaged.
It should be replaced at Precision Tunes expense. This simple oul change has become a nightmare.

December 6, 2018, took my wife's car to precision tune in Columbia Heights, MN with weak breaks, they did full break inspection and told me it needs a master cylinder , power poster and ignition coil for
1000.00 , I agreed as long as the brake will be good. Went to pic up the car , paid the bill, to find out the brake is the same if not worst,
Went back, they looked at it and said nothing we can do, you have a complaint talk to management.
Which I did, for 2 months couldn't get them to correct the problem or refund my money.
When I took the car home opened the hood the new master cylinder electric plug was disconnected, plugged it in the break lights came on, jacked up the car found rear wheel cylinder leaking, front brakes have almost no inside break pads. Have pictures of everything but couldn't have them correct the situation.
Don't have money to sue them but I will be protesting in front of the store every chance I have so they don't do this to someone else.
My criuse light and engine light is on after my oil change.
Preferred solution: Price reduction

If the blower is not working, check to see if you have a blown fuse. Check both at the fuse panel inside and be aware there may be another fuse or panel under the hood.
Check your manual as to location(s) of fuses. Blown fuses are not uncommon. If the compressor is not working, that's something else. Set the A/C on high for a few minutes and then feel the compressor to see if it is working.
The odds of them doing something to not make your A/C work is rather slim. There is no need to unplug anything in order to change oil.
Another thought---find the oil filter location and see if there are any electrical cables, or vacuum hoses near it loose and/or unplugged. The guy may have moved something out of the way in order to get to the filter.
